B104.7 95.9 Kiss FM Featuring: **Spose** Producer and emcee Spose, hailing from Wells, Maine USA, has been making music since age 9 and rhyming since 1999 when he was 14. Since the release of his debut album "Preposterously Dank" in 2008 on his own imprint, Spose has seen his musical endeavors reach a new plateau. He was named Maine's "Best HipHop Act" for both 2008 and 2009 at the WePushButtons Awards and also named "Best Hiphop Act" in the Portland Phoenix's 2010 Best Music Poll. In 2009, he released a mixtape with fellow emcee Cam Groves entitled "We Smoked It All." A track off that mixtape, produced by Spose himself, "I'm Awesome" received regional radio play in New England which garnered Spose his first major label recording contract with Universal Republic Records. The single was released in March 2009 nationally and would eventually go gold after selling over 500,000 digital copies in just a few months. Spose used the opportunity to build his own company, the Preposterously Dank Entertainment label based out of Wells, Maine. Artists signed to his imprint include himself, Spose, as well as the aforementioned emcee Cam Groves, hip-hop trio Educated Advocates, and the space-funk-sex-r'n'b of Doctor Astronaut. In 2010, Spose released both "In Sessions," the debut album from Educated Advocates, as well as his own indie album "Happy Medium." Spose has performed with international acts such as Drake, J. Cole, B.o.B., Wiz Khalifa, Ke$ha, Weezer, Stone Temple Pilots, Cage the Elephant, Mike Posner, and Kardinal Offishal. He has also performed with the cream of the underground hip-hop crop: 7L & Esoteric, Brother Ali, Sean Price, Ill Bill, Kool Keith, Mac Lethal & more. Stephan Schry isn't just another name in the world of hip-hop. He aims to bring back heartfelt lyrics and songs with meaning. Growing up in a Mid-Western small town the likely hood for success was never really that high but, with his determination, Stephan has made a name for himself that continues to grow. Help him become even more well known by sharing his music and becoming part of a movement! **Alexander Jay** Winner of the B104.7 Battle of the Bands in 2013. Alexander Jay is an American Rapper, Songwriter, Producer and Film Editor & Director. He started making music in Spring 2011 shortly after getting clean & sober. After being put on probation he quickly realized that he needed to find a hobby to keep him out of trouble. He started out by putting freestyles on Youtube. The positive feedback he got from people pushed him to start working on his first album. He produced his own beats but his first album ended up being a mix between spoken word poetry & rap. It was a very unique project that has got him to where he is today with music. Alexander Jay is currently working on his first mixtape that will be available on datpiff.com or hotnewhiphop.com Early Fall 2012. His Mixtape, Being Okay With Being Me; is way more Rap & Hip Hop compared to his first album. It has taken him about a year to discover his flow and the direction he wants to go with music. Several projects are already lined up after he finishes the mixtape and all the music he puts out until 2014 will be free! **M. A. Johnson** Mario Antione Johnson known by his stage name, M.A. Johnson, is an American artist, songwriter, and song producer. He is a multidimensional artist who lives for hip hop, but engages in other genres, including alternative hip hop, rap, soul, inspirational, pop, R&B, and dub step.M.A. Johnson fell in love with music at the age of twelve and his passion as an artist has never left his soul. To date, he has released six musical projects. In addition to honing his own craft, M.A. has written songs and produced records for both child and adult artists. He is fueled by performing and interacting with audiences. He has a desire to influence his culture and impact the music world through his lyrical talent and distinct sound. M.A. Johnson is the founder of Full EFFeKK, a movement taking the world by storm. Full EFFeKK is a lifestyle representing growth, unity, ambition and loyalty! While remaining true, hungry, humble and genuine Full EFFeKK praises those who carry the full effect attitude. M.A. Johnson has established music relationships with Major Williams of Foxx City Records which is Jamie Foxx’s label and Chris Cabott of Zane Management. Mario spent time in the studio with Major Williams working on music for his debut album. In addition to being a multi-dimensional artist, Mario is a father and college student pursuing a degree in Radio, Television and Film with a minor in Music Industry Business. With the little spare time he has to offer, he makes sure he gives back to his community and participates in as many youth oriented events as he can.M.A. Johnson’s philosophy is "nothing is impossible." **Mr Treasure** Mr. Treasure, born Godson Omoruyi Osawe, knew from a very young age he was going to be involved with music. Mr.Treasures energetic live performance is unmatched. He is committed to satisfying his audiences through his covers, originals and interactive performances. Inspired by Lucky Dube, Shabba Ranks, and Bob Marley, the Reggae genre really appealed to Mr. Treasure. He started getting into music around the age of 12 & finally got into the studio at age 15. Being from Nigeria, with most of his family still being in the country makes Mr. Treasure 100% focused on his musical career, with his own mixtapes and collaborations with many artists in the greater Wisconsin area. In 1999, Mr. Treasure joined forces with childhood friends under the name The X-Boyz. Sometime after this, Mr. Treasure chose to chase his dreams of music in the United States. Mr. Treasures work ethic is what bring his music from off of the stage and inspires fans. Treasure Da Music is not only a motto for Mr. Treasure, it is also a part of a bigger entity. Treasure Da Music spreads love unity and respect through music. Hear it, Feel it, Treasure it. **A-Rotz** A.Rotz is a Hip-Hop artist from the Green bay area. He is a new artist on the rise under the TDM. His style spans from bass heavy hard hitting rap to melodic hip-hop. **CDS** Artist CDS launched his career at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh as a Graphic Design student while balancing his visual art with his musical art. He began making music in his dorm room and started blending his songwriting, rapping, and singing talents into a unique style that allows him to show his versatility across genres. Since 2012 he has recorded several projects, most recently his all-original, “The Winter EP” (released in December 2013). He created a holiday gift out of it and took the money he raised from the EP and the money he made from his EP merchandise and donated half of it to his former High School Art Department. Shortly before the turn of 2014, CDS joined Full EFFeKK, a movement based out of Milwaukee and Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Currently, as a member of Full EFFeKK, he creates music and graphics for fans and clients alike. His goal is create art that tells his story, inspires, promotes individuality, and motivates people to pursue what they love to do. *Derill Pounds & J.B.
